Soft Skill Programme

Program Overview

Change is, "The difference in a state of affairs related to different points of time." Innovation is, "Something original and new, being introduced to the world." It can be new ideas, new devices or new processes. Innovation management helps an organization grasp an opportunity and use it to create and introduce new ideas, processes, or products industriously. Creativity is the basis of innovation management; the end goal is a change in services or business processes. Managing change and innovation requires that learning investments be focused on the areas of change that represent the highest risk and or opportunity. Innovation can produce sudden and dramatic changes to the way business is done and the way consumers experience changes to the products and services made by companies.
