Customer’s technical aspect of the requirements such as functionality, performance, and appearance will be considered, up until doing benchmarking and referring to related standards or regulation; involving two-way communication if necessary. When the feasibility study results are found to be positive, the team will provide their technical support related to the quotation or proposal issuance.

By referring to the approved proposal, several numbers of concepts will be developed and lined-up accordingly to be assessed one by one for final selection. All technical aspects, constraints and limitations must be considered in detail before the finalisation of concept can be done appropriately. Once the final approval has been successfully acquired, the team will proceed further with the design planning stage. This is where they will put all necessary information in planning documents like Section Book, Design Failure Mode Effect and Analysis (DFMEA), Design Concept Sheet, Design Planning Sheet etc

Our team are also capable in developing both 2D and 3D data of a product. The detailed design in 3D environment will take place, where the utilization of 3D software is required. Once the 3D data has been stabilized, they will embark to the creation of 2D drawings. For both 3D and 2D data developments, the Change Management is equally important in order to ease the progress traceability. The medium of communication related to it is the Product Change Request (PCR) document.
